We recently made some changes to how we pay partners.

In the past, we encouraged partners to request payments whenever their balance reached our minimum payout amount.

With a growing list of hundreds of partners, this became unmanageable for us, and we realized we had to make a change. We decided to automate partner payments and put our top-performing partners on an automatic monthly payment schedule.

Here's how it works:

When your "total royalties due" has reached our minimum payout amount of $100, a payment is automatically sent to you within 30 days.

Please note: You no-longer need to request payment. Payments are automatically sent monthly (if you have reached $100).

Store credit:

We are happy to give you a store credit for your royalty balance at any time (there is no need to wait for your balance to reach $100 for store credit).

If you would like a store credit for your balance, email partner@penguinmagic.com. In order to process a store credit, we need the following information from you:

• Name
• Email address connected with my partner account
