Penguin Guide to Gambling Demonstrations and Cheating at Poker
Poker is perhaps the most well-known card game of all time, and wherever there are cards, there are always cheats. Learning how to cheat at cards is every card player's dream, one that often takes years. The following list contains some of the best resources to watch and learn from the pros. The key to cheating at cards, is knowing a few good false cuts and shuffles. One of the best resources around to learn these is Sam the Bellhop by Bill Malone. Though not a DVD on gambling, Bill Malone teaches you some of the best false cuts and shuffles around, going through each move step by step. Everyone needs to start somewhere and if you're interested in learning how to cheat, but don't want to go out and spend hundreds of dollars out of the gate then check out Strip-Out Triple Cut with Luke Jermay. Luke teaches you a false shuffle and cut that with enough practice will fool even the most seasoned pro. If you want to play a friendly game with one of your buddies and be guaranteed to win, look no farther than 10 Card Poker Deal by Luke Jermay. Luke teaches you a quick poker routine where you win every single time! Your spectator can even choose the cards and you will always come out on top. This is the perfect way to show someone that you're dangerous at cards. Wouldn't you love to have the ability to change five indifferent cards into a royal, straight flush every time? As featured in the opening credits of the movie Shade, Fan2c by R. Paul Wilson and Dan & Dave Buck teaches you just that. This is more than just your average Zapped effect; Mr. Wilson has created a trick like none other. In order to be the best, you have to learn from the best. In At The Card Table - #1 by Darwin Ortiz, you will watch Darwin perform and explain eight routines that seem too good to be true. As one of the leading experts in sleight of hand, you can't go wrong with anything Darwin (check out Darwin Ortiz on Card Cheating, At the Card Table #2 and At the Card Table #3 as well!) A great card mechanic needs a great foundation in all of the necessary sleights. In Weapons of the Card Shark by Jeff Wessmiller Volume 1 and Weapons of the Card Shark by Jeff Wessmiller Volume 2 you will learn many of the moves that cheats have been using for decades. There is something for everyone on these DVDs. Advanced workers may already know much of what's going on, but will definitely learn a few new subtleties. If you are a beginner or intermediate card worker, then this DVD has PLENTY to teach you. If you want to see what a true card pro is like, check out the Gambling Protection Series by Steve Forte. A living legend, Steve is known worldwide for his unparalleled knowledge at the art of cheating. This 3 DVD set demonstrates 200+ techniques that card sharks use. This is THE demonstration DVD on card cheating and a MUST for anyone seriously interested in this art form. If you want the biggest bang for your buck, check out Fast Company by Damian Nieman. There is so much on this DVD that disc one will keep you busy for some time with; false strips and running cuts, strip out shuffles, false faro shuffle, second deal, riffle palm and load, and much, much more. Disc two lets you put some of what you have learnt into several routines. There are a number of ace cutting routines to start off with, McDonalds Aces and Scarne's Aces being among these. And of course, no gambling DVD would ever be complete without the three card monte routine, which Mr. Nieman covers in much detail.
