how long do you think you need to practice before going out on the street. im very young so i wont be going out there for a while anyway even if i was good/im in the middle of begginer and intermediate

It's not a definite time. It depends on the person. But if you can't perform smoothly, don't perform the effects for people. When you feel comfortable with an effect, then you can perform it.

If it's non-offending, may I ask you your age? Anyway, its all about self-confidence when performing magic. Take something other than magic, for example the piano, and apply the similar question. You may discover that they're prodigies when it comes to piano playing and perhaps even magic. IF you were 'born to perform' as they say it here in PENGUIN MAGIC, then you'll know you're ready.

how long have you been practicing for? Different effects require different practice levels, like sleight of hand and misdirection. Those are to things you shouldnt leave home without if you are doing magic. If youre looking for a good street DVD, buy gregory wilsons on the spot. By the way, this is coming from another 13 year old too, and i havent been doing magic for long either. it just depends on how fast a learner you are. Good luck
