Hey Penguins.

Anywho I'm 17, and havn't got much money at the moment and really don't know much about busking. My question basicly is; Can you pull of a average timed preformace on the street WITHOUT cups and balls?

Thanks,
Pauldela

Of course! Busking isn't limited to magic. Anything you do that can draw a crowd, hold them, and entertain them enough to pay you is fair game.

Thanks Dave, I know your a pro busker (I think), I was just wondering I could probably find threads on it but itd be all bitty, but in a post do you think you could suggest a few good tricksminus C&B to keep the crowd, or would a good book tell me some good effects specificly for busking?

I was just tossing around a few ideas in my head like Invisible deck, tossed out deck, my ACR, TT, a two card monte wich gets the whole crowd envolved and out of this world.

But yeah.
Il search for some good books anyway.

For example, I used to do escapes and even some "side-show."

If you are an entertaining juggler, you can do that as well. Don't just stand there juggling 3 balls though, that gets old after the first throws.

I was juggling for 5 years now and the fact is that people do get bored after the first 5 throws or so. Therefore i learned about 10 tricks with 3 balls and now do 4 balls....anyway getting off topic here.
