The Elevator is good but requires the practice to make it look great. It requires a gimmick that is difficult to use and conceal. It requires lot of practice and tons of balance. If you can't balance it looks terrible, and will give away the secret. You have to squat down durring the performance. To some this isn't a big deal, personally I think it takes away from the whole impromptu ablitiy to levitate.
If levitation is suppose to be a state of meditation and or a spiritual thing, why do I need to squat down?
I think there is a video of it at Hocus-Pocus.com.
The price of the Elevator is mearly for "intellectual knowledge" of the trick. They marketed it to try and keep non serious people from purchasing it. I would have liked that aspect of the package if it was a better levitation. On the upside, if you get good enough with it, it can really shock people. But I see lots of holes in using it in a routine to be honest, not because of set up but because of the gimick. On the plus side you can face a audience and even have people directly at your sides. The Elevator has the least ammount of angles on any levitation I've seen so far. If you get good enough you can actually do a mid air rotation. I kinda think it looks rather cheezy and diminishes the effect, but others may dissagree.
Overall I think the Elevator is a unique levitation attempting to help evolve the tricks of levitation(s), but the trick is not worth the price. -Brandon
