I personally highly enjoy Skinner's Ultimate 3 Card Monte and Color Monte. Color Monte especially gets great reactions. Also, there is some AMAZING stuff in The Royal Road to Card Magic. Audiences particularly enjoy Design for Laughter from that book. (If I remember correctly, there's a variation on this trick in the Free tricks section on this site)

one of my favorite gimmicked card tricks are "john kennedy's mind power deck" really a great trick baffels ewveryone. also a great trick is twisted sister. But personaly i perfer to learn sleight of hand tricks with a normal deck of cards. cause everything can be examined. the Card College series is a great set of books.

All time favorite is Michael Close's "The Birthday Book." It is an advanced trick but anyone looking to take their magic to the next level can't go wrong with this card trick. It is on of those "miracle" effects. It is more advanced but everything can be fully examined. The effect: The magician shows a 366 page date book (can be examined) with one card written next to eveyday of the year. The magician asks the spectaor for his date of birth (no stooge involved). The magician gives the deck (that can be examined) one cut and then has the spectator pick any card. The card the spectator selected matches the card written next to his/her birthday.

One of the top 5 card tricks would have to be Crazy Monte. It's an older trick, so you won't find it on any of these sites to buy it, but it is the best card trick ever done with 3 cards. One bit of good advice, is to learn some of the classic card tricks. Even if you don't perform them, they're good to know
