yea umm I orderded Aces in their faces and it has already been one day without getting to shipping....but anyway i noticed that it now says "new"....can anyone tell me what it is and/or why it is taking so long?

I have noticed that Penguin is taking slightly longer as of late to get their orders shipped out. Just be patient, it should happen any time now.

I believe it says New until they recieve payment. I had a few problems trying to pay with a Gift Certificate. Their system hadn't realize what I was using to pay with and was waiting for my payment of $0.00. I suggest you e-mail them and explain the problem.

thats odd, i recently placed my first order ever through Penguin, and I was very impressed...I placed my order on a friday night, and recieved it monday. That was with the "free shipping" option, too...even though it said it may take 7-13 days it only took like 2, and one of those days was Sunday. I was impressed...

Shipping questions get asked all the time. Personally I don't think there's any set answer for them.

You hear happy stories...you hear horror stories. Some people choose free shipping and get Priority Mail...some choose Priority Mail and it takes a little longer than expected.

Some get their orders in a matter of days....some have to wait almost 2 weeks sometimes.

Go figure....all I can say is that patience is a virtue
