A few people have been asking about this, so I managed to search the web and fish out a review for it:
Effect:
The magician takes out a deck of cards, spreads it, show it's a normal deck.
A spec chooses a card, signs it, and returns it to the magician.
The magician then takes the card, and puts it in the middle.
With a snap, the deck becomes a single card, and it is their signed card.
The Gimmick:
The gimmick is not exactly "well" made, but the idea is SO CLEVER, it's
amazing. You can tweak the gimmick so it looks more realistic, and it hasn't
broke or anything so far.
You can also make your own gimmick, too, and make it as realisitic as you want.
Reactions I got:
I was performing my ambitious card routine, and decided to use this gimmick.
Me "So I put this card in the middle, and it should rise to the top. Watch. . ."
Spec is burning my hands
Me ". . . oops. . . (deck becomes one card)
Spec has this lost expression on his face
Me ". . . well, it is one card, so this is technically the top, right? (flips card over)"
Spec starts swearing.
This is one of those effects that had brought me amazing reactions.

Yes, it can be done naked or sleeveless or in mid-air or whatever.
