Okay so I have noticed a lot of new, regular, posters who have showed up in the last 6 months so I thoght this might help them take advantage of one of the best deals in all of magic. Sadly I have already taken advantage of it on two other occasions so there isn't much left there that I don't have and am particularly interested in but I'll give a quick 1-5 * rating to those who have yet to benifit from this. 1* is don't bother, 3*is not bad considering how much you pay, and 5* means you would be a fool to pass up if you don't already have it. I encourage others who have done this in the past to cut and paste this and add their opinions on these tricks.

hmmm, i thought that generation extreme was good, IF you have the time to learn, watch, and rewind a lot. I have heard from many people that mind stunts is absolutely terrible. And, I could not agree more with in the beginning there where coins. It is the best teaching ever. I didn't consider myself a beginner when i got this, but it still taught me so much.

In my opinion Watch Magic is much better than Self Tying Shoelace, Heckler, Clutch, and Stelth pen DVD.
He teaches the effects well and offers some great advice and comments.
STS is one single over used effect and a DVD on the STealth Pen is overkill in my opinion.

Visu-Antics is a Great dvd on fillers.
Sponge is also a great DVD.

You are right about Stealth pen. I'm going to edit my score. When I got it I preordered and because it took so long to ship the threw in an extra DVD so my $30.00 got me two DVDs and three pens. Kind of colored my impression of it. As for the others...Not really inflating their scores as much as I just didn't like Watch Magic. Emerge Triumphant is good and so is the Anderson False but the rest, Meh, didn't like it.

Also, I would give John Lovick's The Reparation 5 Stars. He goes over EVERYTHING and it is a great trick to perform. Go Pro is a good dvd if you are thinking of... Going Pro (GASP!). It is something that you will like to watch, but it is pretty boring, and might not be very relatable.I would give it 3 or 4. Lastly, Color changes is a nice DVD, but it isn't Jay's Best. The teaching isn't as good as I hoped from Jay, but, if you want color changes, go here.

I've been wanting Money, In the Beginning There Were Coins, Liquid Metal, Street Cups, and Greed for a while now.

Maybe it's finally time to order them.

I will add that Go Pro! With Tom Krystof is a 5/5.

Emotional Intelligence is a 4/5

Stealth Pen is a 5/5 (for what it is).

Reparation is a 4/5...

Show Off 3 is like a 2/5.

Hope that helps people make informed desisions!

They've added a few more effects to the "Five for $99" deal.

No problem.

I think Pip Streak looks pretty cool.

Escapology Starring Dixie Dooley ($99.95) *****
On the Spot Starring Gregory Wilson ($49.95) *** (think Sankey's "anytime anywhere" has better impromptu tricks personally...)
Ring Leader Starring Gregory Wilson ($49.95) ****
In the Beginning There Were Coins Starring Noblezada ($29.95) ****
Self Tying Shoelace by Noblezada ($19.95) **
MONEY Starring Noblezada ($29.95) ****
Born to Perform Card Magic Starring Oz Pearlman ($29.95) ****
CLUTCH by Oz Pearlman ($19.95) ****
Liquid Metal Starring Morgan Strebler ($29.95) ****
Balloon School with Joe Montella ($49.95) ***** (very easy to understand even for beginners...)
Generation Extreme by Brian Tudor ($49.95) ***
Show Off 3 by Brian Tudor (DVD Download) ($24.95) * (I have nothing against Tudor but he seemed to spend half the video complaining...)

these are ones i've recently watched/looked at again. I don't really recommend the one trick stuff if you want bang for your buck even though some are good.
Gen Ex. has some very valuable material but it takes more dedication than your average magic dvd to pick it up.

Alright, I think I'm finally going to pull the trigger on the 5 for $99.

I will be getting:
Invisible with Oz Pearlman
Svengali with Oz Pearlman
Balloon School
Liquid Metal
Seance

I am really interested in Balloon School, and seeing as it's $50 by itself, it will be like getting the other four effects for a total of $50.

Alright, I've gone through most of Balloon School and I have to say it's AMAZING. I've got all of the basic balloons down, and a couple of the advanced ones. I've got the basic ones down to the point where I can do them from memory and relatively quickly.

The teaching is fun and thorough, and the balloon twisting is incredibly awesome. I'm finding it to be easy to do with the teaching and just a ton of fun.

I think that this will be the first thing that I do to actually try and entertain people for some money. I'm planning on getting some more balloons and heading to the park that has an ice cream parlor near my house sometime in the next couple of weeks...and seeing how it goes.
