I've actually been trying to AVOID reviewing these for many months, because I'm torn. Mark James is SO FUN to watch, that I keep watching both DVD's over and over. Yet the tricks are basically "slight enhancements" to a few classics. And if given an assignment of do these classics at some restaurant work, you would have developed similar (although not the same) enhancements yourself over time.But the bottom line for me is:
- Did I adopt something new from these? Yes.
- Did I watch them more than twice? Yes.My ratings:
DVD 1 = Great
DVD 2 = Meh
