Michael Kras has been a friend of mine for years. He’s a young magician (like me) and yet is one of the most creative people that I’ve ever met. He does a ton when it comes to theater, and this stage experience is incredibly evident in the practicality of the magic that he releases.
And especially in his most recent release, The Kras Change.
The Kras Change is a visual color change that I’d heard of back in 2009 or so, when Michael posted a video called The Spring Change. It was a beautiful color change and I would have loved to learn how it was done. Well, here we are 3 years later and there is a way!

http://magiclibrary.co.uk/products/kras ... hael-kras/Initial Thoughts: When I first saw the advertisement for a 14 page eBook, I assumed it would be another eBook with a huge font size in comic sans added solely to be able to use the size of the book as a selling point… Well, that isn’t the case with this eBook. It’s a solid 14 pages of helpful tidbits, routines and material.
The Download:This download is a PDF eBook that explains the Kras Change. It’s well written with equal parts subtlety and wit, all while expertly explaining the color change within. EVERYTHING is well explained and even if you just learned a double turnover, you shouldn’t have any problem learning The Kras Change.
Issues With The Kras Change:The only issue I had with the booklet is that the formatting could have used a little more time. While it isn’t hard to learn from, it could have benefited from a little italicizm (is that a word?) and boldness in key areas.
Overall: Overall? If you like the look of the change on the demo, this is the place to learn it. It’s a beautiful change with no angle issues and is ALWAYS consistent. It has backing from some of the biggest names in magic, and the PDF comes with 2 extra effects. I’m really happy that I got a copy, and I think you will be too.
