For those of you browsing the site and contemplating on making a purchase- I phoned earlier today and had a nice converation with the gentlman on the other end. He answered my questions , was informative, and eager to help. This was a pleasent experience for me. So many times I have entered magic shops and been met with guys who just wanna make a buck and don't care to engage in conversation or assist in trick selection. It was nice to finely speak to a true gentleman. Thanks , I'll be making quite a bit more purchases in the near future.

I agree. I've only communicated with Penguin via online orders and e-mail, but they have always been courteous, helful and answered my questions and e-mails in a timely manner. The only problem I have with Penguin is their inconsistent shipping policies.
