Well the way I use the raven is with a jacket, and basically what I do is that I rollup my jacket all the way up to my elbow. With this tactic you can still show your hands empty without them seeing the raven, but you need to practice a lot in front of a mirror. Then I do several disappear and reappear classical coin tricks and also others that I invented. When finish show your hands empty with the raven attach of course, and then roll your sleeves down and let go the raven up your sleeves. So if you do it right the person you are performing in front of will cancel the thought of the coin going up you sleeve trick, but be careful with your angels. Hope I have helped you bye.
