I use one by David Regal in his book Close Up, Up Close. I don't know it's name off the top of my head but I will find out and report back.

Why not force the card face down without showing the back? I do that with a Hofzinser Spread cull force.

So, you want the spectator to select a face up card, which then turns out to be the only different coloured back in the pack.

Use the 15 Count Force (I think that is what it is called). Where the spectator can choose a number, or cut off a small portion from the top of the deck and use the amount of cards as the number, instead of them choosing a number from 1 to whatever.

Is the dribble force the same as the witicha(Is that spelled right?) slip? If not, the witicha slip works well because it appears that you are flipping over a red card, while in reality you are flipping over the blue one.

I vote that you use a standard, FACE-DOWN Riffle Force to make the spectator select the card that is directly above the blue card.

Simply do a Double Turnover to display the face of the force card.

Place it down on the table using a Wrist Kill, and place the deck face-up to your left side with the left hand.

To clean up, pick up the deck, do a Half-Pass with the single card that is reversed in the motion of turning the deck face-down.

Finally, Ribbon Spread to show all red backs.

I third that. If you want first class magic and a first class force, you are just going to have to put the time and practice into the classic force. It's the most convincing force I know of. Works great for me.

It's worth having an out if you choose the classic force.

If they choose the right card with the classic force then you're done. If they choose the wrong card use that card in conjunction with a riffle force or something to force the correct card.

Thanks been trying the classic force lately its been ok but my sucess rate isn't high enough atm to use it for a trick that requires 100% or that card to be forced.

Atm i've played around with the Isolated Force and the Dribble Force, Dirbble Force i got people telling "how did u do it there was no way you could know what card i was going to stop at" ^^ and that's exactly what i wanted the spectator to think.

I would use the halo cut

You can have the red card (assuming we're using a blue deck) in the center and riffle force to the card above it, cut to that position and do a DL to show the red card.

Look up the Mish Mash Force in card college vol 4. I just stumbled into it. It's gotta be the most deceptive force i've ever seen. This should fit your "face up" request nicely.
