Do any of you have a card collection? If so, where/how do you store them? If you keep them unopened, will they remain in new condition after 10-15 years? Thanks for any replys.

I like to collect decks of cards myself, and here's what I do to make sure they always stay in good shape.

First I make sure they are all factored sealed, then I place them inside an air tight container that also goes inside another air tight container. From there I cryogenically freeze the container in minus-350 degrees and then place them inside a safe with 3 dials to lock the safe. After that I place everything in an underground bomb shelter no one knows of except me.

....okay.....just kidding

What I really do is by at least 2-3 copies of a certain deck and I make sure I leave the one or two decks that I won't use and keep them in their factory seals. After that I have a regular cardboard box which I keep in my closet, not sure what will happen to them after 10-15 years, but I seriously doubt anything major, if anything at all, will happen to them.

I'm sure if they are kept in a cool dry place...the standard recommendation....they should be just fine. Jerry's Nugget cards have been slowly sold off from the same original supply for the last 30 years. There was obviously a big supply of them someplace and I doubt it was anything more elaborate than bricks of sealed cards on the shelves of some warehouse someplace.
