I was thinking in buying 2 books Shigeo Tagashi and John Hamman from penguin, I actually put them in my cart at the end of March, but due to some other priorities I postponed for April.
2 days ago I tried to get the books, however the prices were increased a lot, actually the prices for these 2 books are now at the retail price I can also get from Kauffman, with the advantage for Kauffman that if I buy 2 from him I get a third book free.

Can someone explained what happened? Were an announcement made that I missed?
I like to buy from penguin because it has very competitive prices, but not now for these books, it is a pity.

I would suppose either they had a special for a while, or there was a price increase from their supplier. There's really no way for us to know.
