I use the Push-off DL described in Hugard and Braue's Expert Card Technique book as a referance for my card reviews. I keep refering to it as the Hugard Braue Push-off because that is the earliest referance I have to that move. Is that accurate or does anyone know of an earlier book, or a specific creator for that Push-off move? Thanks in advance.

I really like the technique used by Larry Jennings. It's in Jennings 67.
