This sleight is making you look like you are holding a pack of cards when only few cards are in the hand. Is there a name for this sleight? How to improve this sleight? By showing its face holding it diagonally and cover the front with your last 3 fingers?

Yes, and add slight pressure with your right index finger to strengthen the illusion (assuming you are right-handed.)
The sleight is mostly psychological though, so focus more on your presentation and paying nearly no attention to the card/s in your right hand.
It's called the bluff pass.

Look up Aaron Fisher. He teaches a lot of subtleties on this move in various effects and sleights.

the bluff pass is cool, it allows you to make an entire deck of cards vanish in an instant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He doesn't teach it per se' but a good deal of his work is based on it. If you are interested in the bluff concept check out "The Paper Engine," "Panic," and "Search and Destroy."
