don't look at the cards when doing the switch... look at the person's eyes. Make sure she does the same. 8)

I can do david blaine's 2 card monte. I love it for one reason because you can use a normal deck and do other tricks with a normal deck and the 2 card monte.(if you dont know what it is is where you take 2 face cards like a queen of hearts and a queen of diamonds. and change then in the spectators fingers to aces, really cool.) Adults Freak out and there like trick cards and im like this is YOUR deck. and there like o ya. really freaks then out, and makes them mad because im only 14 and I fooled them.

yes, the ultimate 3 card monte is very good. just make sure you have a deck of bicycle cards to go along with it, like Oz does in the video. very fun trick and the spectators love it :)

Ok , I want to say that the "Two Card Monte" trick that you saw Blaine perform is not his. In fact no tricks that you have seen him perform are tricks that are "his". "Two Card Monte" is a very old trick, from a magician who has passed away. His name is Eddie Fechter. Whenever "Two Card Monte" is mentioned it should be refered to as "Fechter's Two card Monte". All Blaine does is perform this exact routine as Mr. fechter did. It is obviously a timeless classic of magic since is has impact today.

Mike Skinner's "Three card Monte" is a must own trick. It is done with three cards and is perhaps the best packet trick of all time. the first time I ever saw this trick performed I was just speechless! If you do not have it, next time you are in your local shop, if you live near one, ask to see this performed for you and then you will buy it. It is one of the very few tricks that I own, as I really own all books and DVD's.

Bill malone also uses this wonderful effect and teaches is to perfection on his first tape in his "On the Loose" set that came out just last year. In fact this is the first trick that he performs on Volume 1, so you know it must be good!!! You can't go wrong with it, but it uses gaffs (some of the best ever). The magic is so strong and simple, that it makes using the gaffs worthwhile. Malone states that he does not use gaffs in most cases, but does for this trick because it's so incredible.

Color Monte is great too!!!
