Yeah, like Roat said you can get them at walmart for 2.97 for 2 packs, but I get a half-dozen at Sam's Club for 6.75. Yes, they are bicycle.

toNY here,

New to this forum and magic...just keep practicing daily with my arthritic/carpal tunnel 60 year old hands.

Visual works best for me...I have always been interested in magic but the internet has introduced me to so much...especially the sites like Penguin where they perform the trick...Oz is something else.

BTW I have purchased from ellusionist and YES they are priced high but they have a money back on VHS and DVDs if not satisfied...I don't work for them.

Oh yes, the cheap cards...6 pack of red or blue Bicycle poker at Sam's Club (book section) for $6.75 plus tax...I'm in upstate NY. I'm sure other buying clubs offer similar deals.

Can anyone with similar hand problems give any good advice on therapy, etc?

Sorry for the long windedness.

Not sure exactly what hand/wrist problems your having. However I sleep at night sometimes with a wrist brace on due to my martial arts training. Then just take the brace off for the rest of the day. Also it helps to have a gel pad or wrist rest for your keyboard to help prevent or reduce the pain of carpel tunnel.

There is a store near Ocean City in NJ that sells Bicycle decks for ONE dollar. Yes, ONE dollar. But I've never been there. Just saw their website. When my friend goes down he buys like twenty packs.

I'm visiting upstate (Albany) to visit some family next month. Know of any decent magic shops I could check out?

Don't know of any shops.

Theres one in Westchester county but I've never been there. If there's some sort of magic shop directory online try that.

The only shop I've been to in NY is Tannens...reported to be a great shop but it didn't impress me.

Went to a shop in Milford Ct. off of route 95 that I was more impressed with...met a few card guys who showed me a few things(tricks...not the secrets). Better experience than Tannens...but what do I know, I'm a magic newbie.

Thanks also to Adam2K ...I have one of those braces for my carpal tunnel I just have to dig it out.

Thanks all,
toNY

I give them to the spec as a keepsake, if they don't want it then I put it back and keep using it

My best luck with replacing cards would be Sams Club 10 bike decks 5 red 5 blue, 10 bucks!
