Ammar's ETMCM volume 2. You can learn it there, while you learn Dai Vernon's Twisting The Aces.

Or try Card College Volume 2 by Giobbi on page 311.

I think this is a great selection to learn the count. Ammar goes into great detail how to perfect the count, and like LeConte said, you get "twisting the aces" with the count. also, when you buy Twisted Sisters, there is a instructional video up on penguin. Hope this helps

Also try Basic Card Technique by Richard Kauffman it has Elmsely and several other different counts.
