what are the specific flourishes Oz uses in his ace assembly on the demo video for the art of astonishment books? I've been looking but can't find them

Not sure if he uses Popover move or Pop-Out move, as I thought they were the same.

He uses a variety of other cuts, as well.

The Hot Shot Cut is, but I don't think any of the other ones are.

seems like penguin's doing some false advertising by putting all those flourishes on the demo when most of them aren't even in the books.

CORRECTION: "Quick trick" is NOT the move used in the demo. It is similar but not the same move, shouldn't get em mixed em. The pop out move is also taught in Bill malones videos, forgot what volume

You are correct...my mistake. I guess Hartman's Pop-Out move is different from his Popover move.

On the instructional video Oz says its a "variation on the JK Hartman popover move."
