It is a great trick. If you are confident nobody will catch anything. I did it in a room full of people 4 time in a row. Nobody saw anything.

Seeing as in the end the cards are fully examineable...

If there's no deck switch, this is a great trick. But from the video I gather there's a switch, in which case I know how it occurs. And I can fathom how the card is guessed. But if this only uses one deck, I can't figure it out.

Well, here's my point again. Do you really think the cards magically turn blank? And they're fully inspectable? If each card had like a self contained device in them it probably wouldn't be funny inspectable.

I don't think that this topic can go on much further without the actual secret being spelled out. Phoenix - if you think you've worked out how to do it - cool - do it. If you haven't, buy the trick because it's great.
