If any one has watched david blaine's specials, he performs a method of bottled up with the exception that he uses someones signature instead of a torn card. does anyone know or have a theory on how blaine replicates a signed card? or does he use a method in which the "bottled up" card is not duplicated.

Ummm... to figure that out buy David Blaine's "Fearless" DVD, watch the "Unseen Blaine" section, and the rest is quite easy to figure out. Card College Volume 5 also teaches you how to obtain duplicate signatures.
