Yes. Once you are familiar with the slights then many tricks become obvious.

Half the tricks on this site cannot be figured out through video. Many tricks have been tipped just from reading these boards.

anyone familiar with sleights can easily figure out tricks (especially instant downloads) But is it right? What do you think?

it's easy to figure out how instant downloads and many other demo videos are done if u understand magic to a certain degree and are familiar with sleights enough. however although u might then know how the trick works you'll probably miss out on alot of vital tips and pointers to the effect and what not

Yes, that's a great point. I have purchased tricks that I was pretty sure that I figured out for the purpose of getting the fine points and presentation ideas or for the info on what exact type of proprs or brand that the creator uses.

That's a cost/benefit analysis. If the trick is 30 bucks and I can replicate it without buying it, then I probably won't bother buying it.
