I tried, but it hurts my old hands, and I have found no real practical use for it, except just being showy.

Find a demo of Coins Akira. Lots of fun uses for it. Shoot Ogawa also has some great stuff.

Daniel Garcia has a pretty visual coin routine that uses it. I believe it's on Daniel Garcia Project Volume 3. I actually wish I could do it for that one routine...

I can only do it with a poker chip or that big coin I used in my video. I basically watched a tutorial for it once, then just taught myself while practicing. Took me about a week or two to get it down.

As I said in the Muscle Pass DVD thread, I really want to know what the applications for this move are. The anti-gravity thing is cool, but everytime I do it someone always says "Dude you're just popping it out of your hand".

If you're getting that reaction, then you need to work on doing it with less movement. Check out www.CoinVanish.com and find the video section. Dan Watkins must be incredibly lonely, because he's getting a silver dollar up about 3 feet or more.

Coins Akira - http://www.murphysmagic.com/s.nl/it.A/i ... ategory=34

and a video of the creator -

I found some videos of the effects, but they look terrible. Trust me, there are five effects on this video and all are visually stunning.

Sorry, I forgot it was with a Poker Chip, not a silver dollar.
