shoot ogawa said that you can put like 3-4 coins and practice muscle passing them, and then when you use only one coin it will jump higher

i suggest using a bigger(not much), heavier coin, i practice with a silver dollar, and can get it like 3 inches at the highest, but when i do a half dollar, i can get about 5

The one thing you need to do, is to practice one mucle, youst move the pinky up end down 3 min per day;)

are you sure its the same muscle?
i already have a pretty good muscle pass (exact same hight as jay noblezada's) but it wouldnt hurt to practice more...

I recommend that people practice it with at least two coins. I do the same for people trying to learn the Classic Palm. It builds the muscle for multiple coins and makes it easier for the one coin.
