It wont budge, i can get it to flip over but not jump.

It takes lots and lotsa practice. Keep it up, you'll get it eventually.

Bump it up to a half dollar at least. It will make things easier. Also, try practicing with two half dollars.

i taped 4 israely half shekels (a little bigger than a quarter, but smaller than a half dollar) and after like 2 hours of practicing (with breaks) my muscle pass was SO much higher!
i couldnt even feel the coin in my hand

Dude, it's almost impossible to get a good-heighted pass with a quarter. Use a poker chip.

lol? You have to start with BIG stuff first like a poker chip then work down from there, i started 2 weeks ago and i can finaly get it to pop about 2inchs, it will take time and pratice. Just ever morning do 100 pops and then wait about an hour or so and do another set.

that will get you moving fast.

1. poker chip
2. half dollar
3. quarter

Most people cant do any further than a quarter, the smaller it is the hard it will be.

i can do a penny cuz im that good


i can do it really good with a poker chip . i really dont think you should do it more then 100 times bacause you might gat blisters .

I dont like to use poker chips they're to thick and hurt my hand I find it much easier to use a half dollar.

the problem i overdue it and it doesnt go anywhere and my hand starts to bleed because its like squeezing a knife as hard as u can..
