Does anyone make these? I've done some searching around, and all I can find are US expanded shells, and and expanded shell Canadian Quarter or Toonie.

I'd imagine Kueppers, Schoolcraft, Lassen, or Tango would be your best options to check.

The mystery is solved: (from Kuepper's site)

Note:
Canadian Loonie coins and other non-round coins are not eligible for use as shells to hold the same coin inside. These coins can, however, be used as shells to contain smaller coins.

Ah yes. A loonie is an 11-sided coin. I guess it would be hard to get one to fit in a shell. Oh, well.

Roy doesn't make them. When expanding them, the edges round out.

He does make CDN Quarter and Toonie expanded shells.

There is some rounding out, however we sell loonie shells and they work just fine. A search for 'loonie shell' in google should find the link.
