Ok I wanted a black silk for my coin magic routine and I got one from penguin magic. However the silk is not thick enough and you can see through it. Do you know where I can find one that is thick enough so that you cannot see through. What black silk would you recommend? What's the difference between a silk and a handkerchief and what I should get for working with coins? thanks

Thank you

I don't like bandannas for coin magic. With a lot of tricks, even outside of coins, it's essential to have a silk, not a thick, stiff, cotton handkercheif.

Yes, I agree that the silks here are too thin and transparent. And you need a silk to cover an secret action a lot of the time, so the penguin ones are useless.

If you have a store that sells suits or tuxes, like men's warehouse, nearby, go in there. They'll likely have some pocket handkerchieves that are made of quality, thick silk. They are a good size, too. So I'd reccommend buying those. I have two of them myself, which I use for a number of things.
