Do you guys recommend this done with four coins, or three coins? I've seen it done both ways...

I think it depends on your method. With 4, a wand is pretty much required. With 3, you can get by with a little easier choreography and no wand. I don't think the spectators would know the difference. You could always get a magnetic stack from Lassen and do one of each.

I am making the coin stack myself, so I think I will start off with three. Then if I want I can make another using four. Even this will be cheaper than a Lassen magnetic stack.
