They Are Completly Different

The Raven is for vanishing, appearing and switching objects

The Bat is for moving objects with your mind like the M5 (although not as good) and you can use it for vanishing (though not as good as the Raven) I wouldnt use it for vanishing. The demo's vanish is very cheesy.

I would go with the raven, but it depends on what you want to do.
