everyone has seen the demo where Oz puts the pen up his nose..

I think that it is a fiarly cool little illusion real quick before performing a pen trick...

But i have created a gimmick and routine and want your feedback!

effect: Performer takes out a pen and jokes around that he can shove it up his nose into his brian. Then he takes the pen flips it upside down, Holds the cap and starts to push up. The cap and hand move up until reaching the the nostril. The performer then takes makes one last ummph of a push. Then either, the pen is gone and nowhere to be seen. Or the cap is seen in the perfomer's nose and then ther the cap is started out and following it is the rest of the pen.


A good way to either start/ end a pen trick--if you want to just get rid of it..

Tell me what you think--original enough? good enough?

Sounds great but are you familiar with cigarette up the nose?

umm i have seen it..don't own it however--

It may not be original but just a variation...

Also the pen variation may be a better..semi impromtu effect--set it up is a 15 seconds and will instantly reset.

If you are planning to do a trick with the pen after you apparently stick it up your nose, one good side benefit is no one will want to examine the pen after that stunt. Perhaps it would be less potentially gross to some of your refined audience members if you stuck the pen into your ear? Of course I could wax on for a while about that.

yeh i was thinking of that good side..or just after you perform the trick.

as for the ear idea--possibly you could go with that..it may be a little harder....but definatly possible
