I want to start using my thumbtip. I do not know where to start when it comes to instructional videos and the thumbtip. Do any of you all have any recomendations reguarding the thumbtip and learning good uses for it??

Darwins is a good source. If money is an issue and you don't want to spend to much, 25 tricks with a TT is a good beginner DVD.

As stated here, "Darwin's Encylcopedia of TT Magic" is a DVD set that is well-worth the cost. Definitely an investment worth making.

If the cost is an issue, I recommend Darwin's book of 101 TT tricks. It's the best of the "101" books out on the topic and sells for about $4.

I like A1 myself.

My TT came with a 101 tricks book which appears to be Darwin and a video. I bought this combination at a Houdini's in Las Vegas. I like the effect called "color change with a sucker finish" best.

I think there is an effect here where someone takes sugar, tin foil, a chocolate bean and turns it into a Hershey kiss. I thought that was a pretty good effect.

Darwin is a very good source, and well worth the investment. However, if you can't swing the Darwin DVD's at the moment, I HIGHLY recommend getting Patrick Page's Secret Sessions DVD on the thumbtip !
