I went to know, what you think is the best impromtu, organic trick you can do on the spot !?

For me, I think sinful is one of the best

If we're allowed to have a deck of cards with us, and possibly a card wallet, then I'd just do the same effect I show everyone the first time. It's a prediction effect. The card in the card wallet from a different deck shown to them before the other deck is taken out (just the back of the card) is eventually revealed to be their card even though they handle the deck the entire time and pick whatever card they please.
