I am an intermediate magician and i'm thinking of buying the 3shell game buy penguin but i want to know if there is complicated sleght of hand required. Could someone who knows the routine tell me if its hard.

It isn't really hard, nor does it involve complicated sleights. I like performing my routine, as it has slipped itself a part in my regular show. There is no one routine, there are many. And each has it's own difficulty level. If you are refering to the one in the demo, it is very easy to do.

I don't own the golden shells, but I don't believe there are any complicated moves involved in the included routine>

However I believe that there are hard sleights that you can do with shells if you want (a lot of videos and books on it).

If you want a set, I wouldn't get the golden shells at first, and would get a cheaper plastic set (like from vernet).

i am an amateur and am considering purchasing sal's shell dvd too and u can get vernet shells and pea from emagictricks.co.uk for £7.95 ($14)
