no... they are both different in nature but have the same effect... penetration... but the misled has a cool melt thru effect you can do. Misled is one of my favorites cause you can just grab anybody's yellow pencil to do it with

i am not fond of the misled. the part where you push it threw is horrible compared to the stealth pen. like the other person said the only part i like is the melt

Misled is a good way to do pen through dollar with their pencil. When I do the street pen through dollar poeple somtimes ask me t do it with their pencil, grab their pencil and do misled!

Disagree. The audible rip sound of the pencil "going through" the bill is very convincing. All around, Misled is a better illusion in my opinion. And I guess probably in David Copperfield's too. But, I'd say get both. Stealth Pen is a much easier illusion to perform and less angley...

No not really. They both are really examinable at the end. Misled has a plus becasue you can just borrow someones pencil and do it. Note: It has to be done with a YELLOW pencil.

Yeah, they're both very different.

While I don't have the Penguin Stealth Pen, I have a pen thru that works exactly the same way (mine's a papermate though).

I personally like Misled better, though it's a little angly. It's also harder, but you can slide the pencil in and out of the "hole" that you make as an added convincer.

They're both superb tricks you should have in your arsenal. If you're a good magician, get Misled first, otherwise, get Stealth.
