Red is classic. But really it is up to you. Personally, I don't like pink, but I have a set and do use them. Yellow is very bright and easy to spot.

yeah, pink is a pretty sweet choice. but anyway....i guess it depends on your personal taste and maybe even what you wear. if you wear a lot of t-shirts that are blue, i wouldn't suggest blue spongeballs. it would make them harder to see. as chrisrkline said, yellow stands out pretty well. maybe even just pick your favorite color. but, it seems tha red is the most common, in my opinion.

I'd go with yellow. It is bright and will be very visible with anything you were(except a yellow shirt I guess). :)

orange, green, or yellow are all easy to see, while red is more classic

** The following is my humble opinion (IMHO)**

Black: Eerie-looking, very hard to see
Red: Very common, kind of hard to see
Pink: Visible, though most guys don't like this color (I've know some females who love this color sponge though)
Purple: Rarely used, also hard to see
Yellow: Very visible, same color as Earplugs (circle to earplug switch, etc)
Green: Very visible, rarely used
Orange: Very visible, rarely used

I do not like to have the same effect as everyone else. Red is the classic... this means that it is the most popular and therefore the one the audience has seen the most.

I prefer to use orange... it's my favorite color (and UT Vols color), very visible, and not used by many magicians. IMHO, the more odd the color, the more attention that is drawn to them. When you make them appear, disappear, jump, etc. it seems even more impossible than the less visible colors. You might prefer green, yellow, or even pink.

Just my opinion. Get any color and you will be happy. For the money, sponges are the best illusion in magic.

Should be the standard 4, and instructions for a Two in Hand, One in Pocket. Haven't seen any sponge ball packs that don't come with 4 and the standard routine.
