i bought humming bird card and hover card from a local store, i would like the PO for the two, is there anyway i can get them? please respond, I will alway PM anyone if they'd allow me to, im kind of in a bust

I'm 99.9% confident that you will NOT get access to the PO Forums for these effects. Why? Because buying gaining access to PO Forums is one of the incentives (and benefits) from buying here. You will most likely be told that in order to have access to the product specific forum, you must buy the product from Penguin.

Well, didn't the instructions come with it? ... If you got instructions, you don't really need the PO ... it's simple enough to operate as it is!

But keep in mind ... if you want the PO in the future, buy from Penguin.
