As for my opinion..

I'd say go with the Raven instead. I think it's much better and so do other people.

Do a search of both tricks and base your decision on what you read about each effect. I am sure you will find mixed reactions about both tricks. Also, check the trick reviews section there are some great reviews in that section. Good luck. TG

The bat can do a wide range of effects, sort of a cheaper, less powerful version of the M5. Does a wider range of effects than the raven, but for more visual vanishes go with the raven. Also, the raven is supposedly easier to use. :D

I've had a Raven for years, but I'm a Bat newbie. They are the same but are different in a lot of ways.

When I received the Bat I was completely wrong on the way I thought it worked. Consider it a station and the magic occurs elswhere. I won't say more on that without risking exposure. The coin vanish of the bat is very similar to the raven, but the linking ring is just different.

I'm glad I have both. nuff said.

Go at the purchase page and it will say anything it can do.

the bat is good, but then again it depends on what kind of magic you do. if you do stage then it probally isn't the best thing to get. or if it doesn't fit into a routine of yours then dont get it
