Hello,

I have seen some good book or magazine test routines advertised in several magic mags....

I would like to do an entire AMAZING stage routine (don't we all)

Does anyone own a good stage routine like one of these? Which do you reccomend?

What are your thoughts?

I am looking for something that could be my main act for a great mentalism routine....

Once again I am trying to create a new stage performance for clients that request something that is just mentalism...

Thank You

There are a few book tests here at penguin which are supposed to be good.
I've never personally bought one, but if you were going to make a book test your best effect, you may want to consider getting some better tricks for your show. A book test to me, is an okay trick but definitely not the highlight of a show (and should never be).
If you want to find some of penguin's ones just type book test in the search bar in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

I just remembered this too.
If you have 13 steps, there are a few examples of book tests in there. Some of them require some preparation but they hit really hard. And they are made for the stage.

I heard the Hateful Page was a true miracle.

I am not talking about the single dracula book... or one book.. Book test...

i am talking about like a 10 book choice. I saw one done with magazines in a magic mag. a year or so ago but the wanted like $500 bucks.. looked really good though.

Like I suggested, look into 13 steps.
It has more than one book test in it, and most of them are for stage magic. Once you read how to do those, you will understand how you can accomplish a stage book test with pretty much an unlimited amount of books to choose from.

Check out the Sherlock Holmes book test. You could do it with 10 different books. The spectator can pick any book of the 10 or even 20 books if you wanted.
