Was wondering if anyone had ordered this? If so AND you know Osterlinds Perfect Center Tear, how do they compare. I have all of Osterlind's DVD's and his booklet on the center tear, just wondering if they are comparable or should I stick with Osterlind's?? Thanks

I do a version of the Osterlind Tear taught too me by a friend from Santa Fe. I love it, but I'm pretty curious as to how these compare too.

I don't have Jermay's center tear, but I do have Osterlind's, as well as some other classic work on the concept. I have some of the other material that Jermay has released as instant downloads on Penguin and have to say that, based on the quality of those items, I don't believe for a minute that his center tear would be worth your money and time, especially if you already have Osterlind's. Jermay has released some fantastic material in the past, but the instant downloads he has released through Penguin -- at least, the ones I've seen -- have been rather poor and a huge step backwards for him, IMHO.

I'm a big fan of Synchronicity and Hands of Fate. Actually, a lot of his downloads here, other than the card material, are really good, even if the demos expose a little more about the effect than I'd like. I'd rather see them in a live performance than in studio.

Real TIme Center Tear,

is a very high quality download. Luke goes briefly into history of the Center Tear, pros/cons, thens detail the tear including numerous ways to steal then glimpse or ways to peeks along with other little subtleties it is taught with two different camera angles.

Its a nice tear and Lukes teaching on it is second to none.

A few of his new ID's have lacked the value of those beforehand but this is well worth the 9.95 ... If you haven't got a center tear, or are not happy with yours then this is a great resource to learn from.

Hopefully, they'll post a demo of it in use.

Yes I would like to see a demo of it also. Loosecannon you say it is well worth the money. Have you seen or do you know Osterlinds Perfect Center Tear??? I would like to see or hear a comparison between the two, not just a rave about Jermay's method. I am not demeaning Jermay's method, I would like to see if they are the same or close to it since we know how many times ID's are regurgitated material with a new name on it.

Its a center tear. What are you really asking. How is it done? Does it look good?

Personally, I would stick with Osterlind's method. Luke Jermay's is nice and all, but I don't feel he brings anything special to it. It's nothing special, and I find Osterlind's method to be better.

Thank you for bringing up a 5 month old topic with a four word post. But now it's back up, I have a question: In the Osterlind tear, you gain the information while tearing, with Jermay's is it the same?

That's what I was curious about and I think Chief would agree.
