So, I'd always like to be in the position to perform. I always carry a deck of cards with me, some rubber bands and PK wristband.
I'm working on a NW-holder as a keyring and thinking of getting the Plus Wallet by Jerry O'Connell.

Ofcourse we have other skills/methods of creating magic (equivoc, cold reading, etc) but what gimmicks are you carrying around with you all the time?

Honestly, I keep only about four "props" with me when I go out for anything; whether it be a show, or just a gathering.
First, I always have ten to twenty blank business cards in my wallet. These cards consume the bulk of my show. Second, a metal Sharpie pen. It looks very professional, is refillable, and makes a bold mark that is still easy to read. Third, a pack of gum that is gimmicked for a drawing duplication. Fourth, loops. I only consider these as "props" because it's far from the idealistic notion of mentalism or magic. For example, I don't consider Cold Reading part of my props because it uses nothing more than skill.
On another note, I despise cards. I used them as my "bread and butter" for years and, although there are infinite options, I like to be a little more "out of the box", for lack of a better term.

~ Blindfold
~ Paper
~ N*** W*****
~ Two sets of ESP cards

I would also normally carry a note pad with CP, but I have found P and S reading or a CT eliminate the need.
The NW has so much versatility that I rarely find anything else necessary for 3 or 4 demonstrations. Since a handkerchief is a useful item to have at all times, I carry it to use also as a blindfold. I believe that blindfolds are underused because everyone assumes that they are evidently "faked." The theatrical benefit of using a blindfold well are enormous, and thus I like to use it in many standard routines simply to add a level of restriction. In my view, if I turn around in order to "not see" what is being written, I may as well add a blindfold, the legitimacy of which has already been established, simply to make the demonstration itself that much more legitimate.
