On the bonus material of the osterlind dvd's he does this. I havent found any key bending things but coin bending is found here at penguin. The only thing is, it doesnt seem to be the same method. He looks like he bends it behind his hand(something in his sleeve?) then brings it out and pretends to bend an already bent item. I am unfamiliar with bending metal and things of the sort and i am very interested so any help would be appreciated about what he did, or something close.

sean field's explicit content deals with this. not the best imo. I like richard mark's key bending routine from his book Mind Warp. I also like bob cassidy's approach in Bent on Strange. As for coin bending I always do Bent Cent by Koenig, or neil's Xpert. Can't beat those two...even with the $500 gimmicks out there.

Dave Neighbors (a major coin manipulator) also has a three-phase key bending routine that incorporates Richard Mark's key bending, called Bent Outa Shape. I do my own version of it. If you can find his lecture notes, it's in there.
