Hi everyone, I'm really new to the world of Magic, but I can learn quick...

I work as a ring announcer for a pro-wrestling company in NorthEast Wisconsin. Last weekend I was hanging out with some of my wrestling buddies, and happened to have a Taperd, Svingali, and a Blackhawk marker with me. The owner of the wrestling company was blown away and now wants me to do a half-hour magic show in the wrestling ring before our show starts.

I'm not going to learn these and try performing overnight, but I think in a few months, I'd like to incorporate the magic gimmick into my wrestling gimmick... but, what effects can I do on a "round" stage? Please, any suggestions would be a great help.

I'm from Appleton so I was just wondering where in Wisconsin this will take place.

what a small world, im involved in the world of pro wrestling both in ring and production wise. I have thought about incorporating magic into it also. The only thing i have done up to this point is the use of flash paper.

I personally think escapes would lend themselves better to this type of setting however

An escape might be fun. Get a copy of an old book, Magic Digest. There is a chapter on a 100 foot challenge rope escape. It would be a blast in your venue.
