Depends on the trick. Though, I like to play classical. And my dad's a classical music nut, so he knows what kind of music would fit my routine

If you are going to use music professionaly you do require permission from the composser of the music and you must pay royalties each time you use it. There are numerous scores now available for magicians that are royalty free. Also do not make the mistake that many newbies do of selecting the tricks to fit a music pice - it needs to be the other way around which is what makes it far more difficult to do.
