Hi,

What is the trick called when you cover yourself, or your assistant with a cloth and when you pull the cloth away, you are your assistant has vanished?

I would like to add this to my show, but I am having a hard time tracking down the trick.

I would appreciate it if someone could give me the name of the trick or the name of the book that the trick is in.

Thanks,

EvilSnake

Hey guys thanks,

Do you remember what the book was called by andrew mayne that had the illusion where you rap a cloth around your body and you disappear. I looked on this site, but the only book I found sayed you can make half of your body disappear and not all of your body.

I would appreciate your help again. Thanks,

EvilSnake

i came up with a cool stage vanish for my show, im might do it for my talent show at school next year.

here's what happens
i stand on a tall wooden crate, and put a noose around my neck. then i jump off the crate, fog spray's out every where, and when it clears i am gone.

I hate to see what happens if it goes wrong. another thing I hope you have a reason to have the box on the stage.

Abbott's 'Girl Vanish' matches this description. They sell it complete, or workshop plans.
