Where can I buy any plans for illusions to make? Any suggested illusions? I am 14 and don't want to spend too much on an illusion so what do you guys think?

Do a google search for Osbourne illusions. He has some very nice material, and it's not too pricy. The only thing is that you have to be able to read between the lines. The plans are not the most detailed, but with a little bit of thinking, you should be able to figure them out.

True. Most plans aren't ready "out of the box." You need to tailor them to the exact dimensions of your assistant. Cardboard mockups are definitely the way to go.

I have had great success with Osbourne Illusions. The only down side is that you need to have an understanding of how blue prints work. If you have that down along with some power tool knowledge you should be good. Provide a good deal of time to build the prop before the performance. I really like the sub-trunk, first time performed blew away an audience of 750 plus.
