I made my own take apart vanish box with a few modifications,One of my friends told me it looks a lil obvious,so my question is how do you make it not obvious im using it with my python.

It's all in the presentation. I would just pay no attention to the secret piece. You should act as if the secret piece is unimportant and just there to hold the box together or something. As you take the box apart, keep all your focus on the actual box, and don't even look at the lid as you take it off.
You can also try out different blocking to see which movements draw the least amount of attention to the lid.
It's good, though, how you are having a friend help you. Have him (or her) help you to polish the piece.
