i would move some of these around in my opinion.

I would put
1. Food To Go + Vanishing coke bottle (Quick and Visual)
Closer to the end (not at the end), between two longer routines. Sorta to regain audience's attention. Also cause all your other props are generally smaller, so its good to use your bigger item later on to contrast with the rest of your show. The audience will think "oh i havent seen this yet".

That be said, you have the right idea in starting with something quick.

1 hour is a long time. You should consider a "change in pace" half way. Its the same with any theater. For example your first half could be really serious mind reading. And your second half fast and visual. Or supper funny first half, manipulation 2nd half. Just a example. It keeps things engaging for the full hour.

Funny you mention the food to go plus vanishing coke bottle, I just added that routine into my show
